The TERENA Task Force on Life Cycle and Portfolio Management (TF-LCMP) works on aspects related to management of NREN services. It has four Work Areas:
- Service Portfolios: Analysis and comparison of NREN service portfolios
- Comparison of NREN Service Level Agreements
- Exchange of Ideas on new NREN services and co-development of these services
- Development of Life Cycle and Portfolio Management Models and Tools
The TF-LCPM recently had a meeting in Zurich (1-2 March). This new meeting at the TNC is an opportunity to assess the progress made since the last meeting, as well as to introduce TF-LCPM to any NREN members attending the TNC.
