2B - Dude, Where's My Bandwidth?

Where is my bandwidth? is a question asked on both sides of the fence. Users ask it when they are witnessing lower than expected transfer speeds. Network operators ask it when they receive calls from the users. Answering such a question requires sets of tools to observe the traffic, and good cooperation between individuals. What is the state of the art, and what have people learned from previous deployments? This is what this session is about.
