2A - Quality Service Management for NRENs

Together with high-speed connectivity, associative services offered by research and educational networks to their user base have become mission-critical and increasingly demand a qualitative and user-oriented service-management approach. This session will highlight some important aspects of service lifecycle & portfolio management (LCPM): identify and match user needs with an NREN’s service portfolio, stimulate adaptation and usage of services and the introduction of service level agreements for existing and new services.
